Electricity supply for Fundació Visit València sites

Summary

The contract covers the supply of electricity to three Fundació Visit València sites: the Visit València main office, the Joaquín Sorolla tourist office and the Riba-roja warehouse. Estimated total annual consumption is 88,300 kWh; this is an evaluation estimate and does not guarantee minimum consumption by the contracting authority. The supplier must ensure uninterrupted low-voltage electricity supply, arrange the connection of each supply point and the change of supplier, and manage contract changes and incidents involving the distribution network. All electricity supplied must be renewable and supported by official Guarantees of Origin. Bidders must offer fixed unit prices for energy and capacity for each tariff period. Price accounts for up to 95 points, while each offered web-portal function earns one point, up to 5 points. Portal functions assessed include viewing consumption and costs by supply point, downloading invoices and data, viewing and exporting consumption by tariff period, receiving alerts about deviations in consumption or cost, and tracking incidents by reference number. Functions offered must remain available at no additional cost throughout the contract. The maximum procurement budget is €25,000 excluding VAT (€30,250 including VAT). The estimated contract value, including possible extensions and modification, is €90,000 excluding VAT. The initial contract runs until 6 February 2028, with supply points added progressively during 2027. Two one-year extensions may be agreed, potentially running until 6 February 2030. Bids must be submitted electronically, and bidders must meet the turnover, relevant-experience and electricity-supplier registration requirements.
