Renovation works at the Urdués social centre

The contract covers the renovation of the 83 m² Urdués social centre at Calle Arrabal 1. The works include demolishing the existing bathroom and adjusting the floor level to create a kitchen area, building a new accessible toilet, and renewing the relevant water supply, drainage and electrical installations. The building’s thermal performance will also be improved with internal insulated wall linings and replacement windows and doors, alongside the necessary flooring, finishing and fitting-out work. The procurement is divided into a single lot. The works must be completed within eight weeks. The estimated value is €70,555.19 excluding VAT and €85,371.78 including VAT. Price is worth up to 80 points; each week by which the completion period is shortened earns 10 points, up to 20 points. Bids must be submitted and signed electronically. The submission period is ten working days starting on the day after publication of the contract notice.
