Renewal of utility networks and road surfaces at several locations in Mesones de Isuela

Summary

The tender covers the renewal of water supply and sewerage networks and the construction or renewal of road surfaces at several locations in Mesones de Isuela. The works are divided into five lots: A – Calcena Road (€73,878.68), B – Bar area (€26,320.31), C – Ramón y Cajal (€9,666.88), D – Placetas (€42,006.67), and E – Calcena Road–Barrio Bajo (€48,127.46). The total estimated budget is €200,000 including VAT; all lots must be completed by 31 May 2027. Bids may cover one or more lots. To submit an integrated bid covering all five lots, bidders must also bid for every individual lot. Evaluation awards up to 85 points for price, up to 2 for extending the warranty, 13 for documented visits to each lot location, and 20 additional points for an integrated bid covering all lots. Bids must be submitted electronically within 26 days from the day following publication of the contract notice. Bidders must demonstrate the required financial and technical capacity and be registered in the register of accredited construction companies (REA). The successful bidder must provide a final performance guarantee equal to 5% of the final bid price for each lot, excluding VAT. During the works, among other requirements, no more than 120 minutes may elapse between adding mixing water to the concrete and completing its discharge. Breach may require the affected section to be demolished and rebuilt at the contractor’s expense and may incur a penalty.
