Comprehensive maintenance of the traffic and security camera system

Summary

The procurement covers a five-year upgrade and comprehensive maintenance of the traffic and security camera system of the municipality of l’Alfàs del Pi. The work includes maintaining the existing camera system and communications network, repairing faults, updating software and licences, and modernising the system. The upgrade includes the supply and installation of 9 new PTZ cameras, 4 automatic number-plate recognition cameras, 2 recording servers and 1 operator workstation, as well as an upgrade of the Genetec Security Center platform. Delivery, installation and commissioning of the upgrade must be completed within 90 calendar days of contract signature; system maintenance runs for five years with no extension. The work includes at least three preventive maintenance visits per year and a separate annual maintenance visit for the video-management platform. Remote interventions are included in the fixed price, and the contract includes an allowance of 100 on-site interventions; unit prices for additional interventions must be stated in the offer. Critical faults must receive a response within 4 hours and be resolved by the following day; ordinary faults must receive a response by the next working day and be resolved within 5 working days. Bidders must provide a communications-network study and a proposal for adapting the control room. The estimated contract value is €447,000 excluding VAT; the tender budget is €372,500 excluding VAT and €450,725 including VAT. Offers are evaluated on price, optional enhancements, the communications solution and the control-room proposal. Participation requires evidence of financial turnover, certifications, Genetec capability and relevant previous experience.
