Improvement Works at La Coracha Viewpoint Park

Summary

Construction works are sought to improve La Coracha Viewpoint Park in Alcalá de los Gazules. The project will resurface approximately 400 m² of the access lane to the municipal water tanks with stamped reinforced concrete and install a stormwater channel connected to the sewer network. It will also upgrade approximately 770 m² of pedestrian paths with a 10 cm concrete surface finished with grey decorative mortar; cross-falls will direct rainwater toward the edges and adjacent landscaped areas. The works are expected to take six months. The estimated value is €82,644.62 excluding VAT, or €100,000 including 21% VAT. The contract is not divided into lots.
