Employment training courses for women in Almería province

Summary

The contract covers a three-lot training service for women living in municipalities with fewer than 20,000 inhabitants in Almería province, aimed at improving job skills and employment prospects. Lots 1 and 2 provide blended courses in social and healthcare support for people receiving care at home (480 hours, at least 70 participants; budget €59,840) and dependent people in social institutions (370 hours, at least 80 participants; €53,120). Both combine distance and in-person learning, with at least four five-hour in-person sessions and at least eight groups in each lot. Lot 3 consists of five entirely online courses: digital marketing and sales (40 hours, at least 40 participants), skills for digital transformation (40 hours, at least 40 participants), AI for administrative management (30 hours, at least 60 participants), composting operations (50 hours, at least 69 participants), and cleaning and maintaining floors, walls and ceilings in buildings and premises (30 hours, at least 120 participants). Lot 3 has a budget of €19,280; the total contract budget is €132,240, exempt from VAT. The unit rate is €1.60 per distance-learning hour and €52 per in-person hour. The contractor must deliver the courses, provide instructors, an online learning platform, tutoring and learning materials, and in-person training resources where required, and submit course reports and participant records at the end of each course. Courses must start no later than 15 calendar days after contract signature. Training is free for participants. The initial contract term is up to one year, planned for 2027, with an option to extend for up to three additional years. Bidders must submit the required academic proposal and demonstrate financial and technical capacity; Lots 1 and 2 also have specific training-authorization, staffing and insurance requirements.
