Management and development of Aguas de Lorca’s continuing training programme

Summary

Aguas de Lorca is establishing a dynamic purchasing system for services supporting its continuing staff training programme. The services include administrative management and delivery of training. Illustrative subjects include occupational health and safety, machinery and tool use, office software, communication and management skills, English, technical water-sector topics, and legal and cross-cutting subjects. Each separate invitation will specify the course content, volume, duration, delivery format and budget. Training may be in person, online or blended. Companies first apply to join the system and demonstrate their qualifications. Admitted companies are then invited to bid for individual training contracts; admission does not guarantee a minimum volume of orders. The system will run for five years, with the possibility of two one-year extensions. The estimated total value including extensions is EUR 175,000 excluding VAT. The initial contract budget excluding extensions is EUR 151,250 including VAT, of which EUR 26,250 is VAT. Bids must be submitted electronically by 30 October 2026 at 13:00. The supplier will organise and deliver the requested training and provide suitable trainers and, where needed, a training platform, learning materials, learner support and course records. Individual competitions may assess course organisation and the communication platform, in-person training rooms and equipment, additional licences, the period of access to learning materials, trainers’ experience and price. Trainers’ CVs must be submitted before training starts. Specific occupational safety training requires the relevant provider accreditation and appropriately qualified trainers. Applicants must demonstrate the required economic and technical capacity and submit the necessary declarations and evidence.
