Supply of containers for waste collection centres and awareness-raising activities

Summary

The procurement covers the purchase of containers in three lots: Lot 1 for an awareness-raising programme, Lot 2 for waste collection centres, and Lot 3 for mini waste collection centres. Supplies will be ordered in batches according to GESPLAN’s actual needs. The contract runs until 31 December 2027. Lot 1 supplies are to be delivered during the first three months of 2027; Lots 2 and 3 are to be delivered by the end of 2027. Each order must be fulfilled within no more than 30 calendar days, although bidders may offer a shorter delivery period. The bid must cover all units in the relevant lot and include a price, a delivery-time commitment and a confirmation of stock availability. Price carries 70 points and delivery time 30 points. The total budget ceiling, including IGIC, is EUR 282,065.35: EUR 234,757.34 for Lot 1, EUR 20,070.25 for Lot 2 and EUR 27,237.76 for Lot 3. Participation requires proof of the required economic and technical capacity, including compliance with the relevant lot’s turnover and comparable-supply experience thresholds. The successful bidder must provide a final guarantee equal to 5% of the contract price excluding IGIC.
