Supply of Six Load-Handling and Lifting Machines under the 2026 Investment Plan
Summary
The procurement covers six new machines for handling and lifting loads under the 2026 investment plan, with one machine in each of six lots: (1) one Type I 4×4 telescopic handler (€300,000 excluding VAT); (2) one Type II 4×4 telescopic handler (€90,000); (3) one 4×4 articulated and telescopic boom lift with a basket (€80,000); (4) one Type I 4×4 diesel forklift (€90,000); (5) one Type II diesel forklift (€80,000); and (6) one Type III electric forklift (€55,000). The total budget is €695,000 excluding VAT and €840,950 including taxes. Bidders may tender for one, several or all lots. The unit price for each lot is a ceiling, and offers above it will be rejected. The machines must be new and must not have been manufactured more than 12 months before the supply contract is signed. Technical specifications vary by lot and include, among other requirements, Stage V emissions compliance for diesel machines, specified lifting capacities and reaches, and safety equipment; the electric forklift must lift at least 1,600 kg, reach at least 4.7 m, and include a battery and charger. The offer must provide the technical data and evidence required for the relevant lot; variants are not permitted. A buy-back price must be offered for every lot. TRAGSA may exercise the buy-back separately for each machine after 8,000 operating hours or seven years from purchase, whichever comes first. Price is worth 40 evaluation points; the remaining points vary by lot and cover technical features, warranty, delivery time and other additional criteria. Lot-specific turnover and previous-supply requirements apply.
