Roof, accessibility, changing-room and bathroom refurbishment works at the Ayamonte Parador

Summary

The tender covers renovation of the roof at the Ayamonte Parador, including installation of photovoltaic panels and roof safety lines, together with accessibility improvements and refurbishment of public toilets, two adapted rooms, pool and staff changing rooms, the cafeteria terrace, reception, office and guest-room bathrooms. The works also include accessible routes and an adapted restaurant entrance. The procurement is an electronic open procedure for a single contract, without division into lots. The maximum tender budget is EUR 2,831,400 including VAT (a base amount of EUR 2,340,000 excluding VAT). The contractor must maintain the required construction all-risks and civil liability insurance and provide a performance guarantee equal to 5% of the awarded contract price excluding VAT, in the form of a bank guarantee.
