Installation of temperature probes in electrode ovens

Summary

The contract covers the installation of temperature probes in 29 electrode-drying ovens at ENSA’s Maliaño workshop. ENSA supplies the probes. The contractor must inspect the ovens and develop the installation solution, fit new cable-entry sleeves and probe supports, install and protect cable routes, carry out the necessary electrical work, connect the ENSA-supplied probes, and conduct testing and user training. Compensation cables for the probes, data acquisition and recording equipment, computers and data-management software are outside the supply scope. Work must proceed sequentially, one oven at a time, with each oven completed and operational before work begins on the next; the deadline is two months from the order date. The estimated value and maximum bid amount are €21,500 excluding VAT (€26,015 including VAT). Bidders must demonstrate relevant experience, the required turnover and liability insurance, and submit a technical proposal. Bids are evaluated on technical merit for up to 49 points and price for up to 51 points. The bid submission deadline is 16 October 2026 at 13:00. The works are subject to a minimum 24-month warranty.
