Supply of 100 Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise Device licences through the CSP channel for the Extremadura School of Public Administration

The contract covers a 12-month subscription for 100 Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise Device licences for the training classrooms and other learning spaces of the Extremadura School of Public Administration, from 1 November 2026 to 31 October 2027. The supplier must provide the licences through the CSP channel, activate them in the Microsoft 365 environment designated by the school, manage and maintain the subscriptions, and provide implementation support. The device-based licences must allow different authorised users to use the same equipment without individual user licences and include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and OneNote, together with updates and security patches. The supplier must keep all licences operational without interruption and assist with licensing and activation issues.
