Road improvement works in Cabuérniga

Summary

The contract covers repairs to the road surfaces in the Cabuérniga communities of Sopeña, Valle and Terán, renewal and expansion of public lighting, and local corrections to surface-water drainage. The works are intended to restore safe and comfortable road use. The contract period is four months. Its estimated value is EUR 136,661.81 excluding VAT, or EUR 165,360.79 including VAT, and it is not divided into lots. Bids must be submitted electronically within 20 calendar days from the day after publication of the contract notice. Bidders must demonstrate the required turnover and technical capacity: three similar works completed in the last five years, an appropriately qualified works manager, and ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and the OHSA 18001 certificate cited in the tender documents. Registration in Register group G (roads and tracks) is stated as an alternative. Bids are evaluated on price, an extension of the warranty period and construction all-risks insurance during the works.
