Renewal of the subscription to the Kymatio cybersecurity awareness platform

Summary

The tender covers renewal of the Kymatio cybersecurity-awareness and information-security training platform currently used by Mieres City Council, for 200 users. The subscription includes awareness training, phishing simulation and ABS services. The supplier must arrange a two-year subscription starting on 1 November 2026 or, if later, when the contract is signed; the current subscription ends on 31 October 2026. Invoicing is annual, when the subscription is renewed at the beginning of each year. The annual budget is €5,500 excluding VAT, or €6,655 including 21% VAT; the estimated value for two years is €11,000 excluding VAT. The contract is not divided into lots, and price is the sole award criterion. Bids must be submitted in Spanish, electronically signed, and accompanied by the required registration and compliance declarations and price offer. During performance, electronic documents and meetings should be preferred, and email should be used for communications as far as practicable.
