Lift maintenance in Villaviciosa municipal buildings

Summary

The Villaviciosa municipal authority is procuring maintenance services for lifts and other lifting equipment in its public buildings. The work includes scheduled preventive maintenance, repair of ordinary faults and emergency call-outs, and keeping the equipment safe and operational. The service must be available around the clock. Preventive on-site inspections are required monthly, with 20–45 days between inspections. Response and resolution deadlines are 24 and 48 hours for basic faults, 12 and 24 hours for urgent faults, and 1 and 4 hours for emergencies. Offers are assessed automatically: price carries up to 90 points, and each of two lift-related quality certificates carries up to 5 points. Bidders must hold professional authorisation for lift maintenance and meet the experience, turnover, staffing and technical-resource requirements. Bids must be submitted electronically with the required administrative declaration or European Single Procurement Document and a complete price offer.
