Maintenance of electromedical equipment in the Ceuta healthcare area
Summary
The tender concerns maintenance services for the electromedical equipment and installations in the Ceuta healthcare area. The work covers preventive, corrective, predictive and legally required technical maintenance, repairs, maintenance advice, and upkeep of the electronic equipment inventory and maintenance records. The equipment spans hospital and primary-care medical devices and 34 isolation panels in operating and other specialist rooms; certain specialist equipment is covered only by initial-response maintenance. The objective is to keep equipment safe and operational while reducing interruptions to healthcare services. The contract runs for 24 months, with an option to extend it by up to 24 months. The estimated total value is €1,745,944.72 excluding IPSI, and the maximum tender budget is €907,891.25 including IPSI. Price carries up to 40 points, other formula-based criteria up to 35 points, and qualitative assessment up to 25 points; bidders must score at least 15 points in the qualitative assessment to proceed. Bids must be submitted electronically. Bidders should prepare evidence of the required turnover and relevant service experience, an ISO 9001 certificate, and commitments concerning at least three electromedical technicians and experienced technical management. The technical offer must also address the maintenance method, computerised maintenance management, free spare parts and replacement equipment. Contract performance requires liability insurance with cover of at least €1,000,000.
