Supply and distribution of wines to the Extremadura Hospederías Network

Summary

The contract covers the continuous and flexible supply and distribution of high-quality wines to accommodation establishments managed by GEBIDEXSA in Extremadura. The wines are intended for the establishments’ wine lists and special menus, including gastronomic and game menus; the wines to be supplied are listed in an annex to the technical specifications. The contract is not divided into lots, and price is the sole award criterion. The base tender budget is EUR 106,919 excluding VAT; the estimated contract value is EUR 235,221.80 excluding VAT, including an optional extension of up to 12 months and modifications of up to 10%. Bids must be submitted electronically and include a price proposal and the required wine price breakdown. Bidders do not have to prove professional authorisation or economic or technical capacity when submitting their bids, but the bidder proposed for award must provide the required evidence before the contract is awarded.
