Reagents, consumables and small laboratory equipment for Valladolid laboratories

Summary

The contract covers the supply of reagents, consumables, small laboratory equipment, analytical test kits and reference solutions for the process laboratories of EPE Agua de Valladolid. It is divided into two lots: (1) solutions, reagents and small laboratory supplies, and (2) analytical kits and specialised reference solutions. Deliveries will be made as ordered to the ERAS water treatment plant and the Valladolid-Camino Viejo de Simancas wastewater treatment plant in Valladolid. Consumables, spare parts and equipment must generally be delivered within 7 calendar days of an order, Monday to Friday between 8:00 and 15:00; the supplier bears delivery costs. The contract runs for 2 years, with a possible 1-year extension. The estimated total value for three years is EUR 199,443.18 excluding VAT: EUR 143,821.98 for Lot 1 and EUR 55,621.20 for Lot 2. Actual quantities depend on need, and no compensation is payable if the stated volume is not reached. Bidders must submit a binding product catalogue in both paper and electronic form and supply products with certificates of origin, safety data sheets and quality certificates. Each delivery must include confirmation that the products meet the requested specifications. The contract requires compliance with quality management standard UNE-EN ISO 9001:2008 and environmental management standard UNE-EN ISO 14001:2004. The bid and supporting documents must be in Spanish and signed by the bidder or its authorised representative.
