Supply of Google Workspace for Education Plus and Google AI Pro for Education licences

Summary

The tender covers the rental of Google Workspace for Education Plus and Google AI Pro for Education licences as cloud services for the University of León’s unileon.es domain. The main supply is 23,000 Workspace for Education Plus licences, providing at least 560 TB of shared storage: 100 TB of base storage and 460 TB of additional storage. If needed, the domain’s storage may be increased by a further 10 TB. The 50 Google AI Pro for Education licences are an estimated quantity and will be ordered as required during the contract at the agreed unit price. The subscription also includes the free Education Fundamentals, Gmail Only and Archived User licences needed to provide the service. Features include security and investigation tools, video meetings for up to 500 interactive participants, livestreaming for up to 100,000 viewers, recording, noise cancellation and automatic transcription. The initial contract term is one year from 30 November 2026, or from the day after contract signature if later; two one-year extensions are possible. The tender budget is €98,330 excluding VAT and €118,979.30 including VAT. The estimated total value, including possible extensions and modifications, is €314,656 excluding VAT. Price is the sole award criterion. To participate, bidders must demonstrate the required turnover and relevant supply experience from the past three years, and provide certificates of Google Cloud partner status and competence in Workspace administration. The bid must include a technical memorandum meeting the technical requirements in the tender documents.
