Upgrade of access routes to the PAE

Summary

The tender covers the refurbishment of access areas to the PAE and the officers’ pavilion, including their surroundings at Torrejón Air Base. The works include demolishing existing exterior paving and planters, installing durable natural-stone paving, fitting a ventilated façade, treating existing stone, and building a canopy and suspended ceilings. The contractor must also transplant existing trees, create landscaped areas with automated irrigation, and renew the lighting, including LED fittings and an illuminated logo.
