Supply of uniforms and equipment for SEPRONA personnel in 2027–2028

Summary

The tender covers the supply of uniforms, materials and equipment for specialists of the Guardia Civil’s Nature Protection Service (SEPRONA) for 2027–2028. It is divided into six lots: trial boots, full-face motorcycle helmets, motorcycle suits, motorcycle gloves and kidney belts, warm and windproof jackets, and flame-resistant shirts and trousers. The total estimated value is EUR 1,485,000 excluding VAT and EUR 1,796,850 including 21% VAT. Bidders must select the lot or lots they are tendering for, price every item in each selected lot, and provide the required samples, product data sheets and, for specified products, accredited laboratory test reports and certificates. Technical quality is worth up to 40 points and price up to 60 points; a score of at least 20 out of 40 for quality is required to proceed to the price-evaluation stage. Unit prices must not exceed the stated ceilings, and every product in a selected lot must be included in the bid. The contract runs for 12 months from 1 April 2027 or, if later, from the day after signature. The 2027 delivery is due within four months from 1 April 2027 or from the day after signature if the contract is signed later; the 2028 delivery is due before 31 March 2028. Partial deliveries are permitted. The supplier must also handle packaging, delivery and unloading, and the supplied goods carry a 24-month warranty. Bids must be submitted electronically. Award and contract signature are conditional on adequate funding being available for the relevant financial year.
