Reagents for 120 HiC libraries for a research project
Summary
The contract covers the regular supply of HiC reagents for preparing 120 HiC libraries from clinical FFPE samples for next-generation sequencing as part of a research project. The reagents must enable detection of both structural genomic variations and the genome’s three-dimensional architecture from a single library, and be compatible with FFPE, fresh and frozen tissue, blood, and cell cultures. The protocol must take less than eight hours. The supplier must provide at least one half-day in-person training session and one half-day online session. Deliveries are to the laboratory of the Seville Institute of Biomedicine, with each order delivered within five working days. The contract runs initially until 31 December 2028, with a possible 18-month extension. The estimated value is EUR 50,000 excluding VAT; the maximum budget is EUR 60,500 including VAT. Bidders must meet the turnover requirement, have at least three comparable supply references and an accredited clinical laboratory for HiC testing; companies less than five years old are exempt from the references requirement. Price is worth 60 points and technical value 40 points. The contract is not divided into lots and subcontracting is prohibited.
