Refrigerated pharmaceutical transport for UALSAN

Summary

The procurement covers refrigerated transport of medicines and other pharmaceutical products for the Spanish Army’s UALSAN health logistics unit. The contractor must collect the goods mainly from UALSAN’s Madrid site, maintain them at 2–8°C during transport and deliver each shipment within 48 hours of collection. Destinations may be on mainland Spain, the islands, Ceuta or Melilla. The collection point may be changed during the contract, but must remain within Spanish territory. The submission must include a responsible declaration, price offer and cold-chain plan; the preferred bidder must provide evidence of tax and Social Security compliance within seven working days of a request.
