Refurbishment and improvement of the San Antonio da Cabana community centre

The contract covers refurbishment and improvement works at the San Antonio da Cabana community centre in Ferrol. The work includes repairing roof leaks and waterproofing the roof; replacing water-damaged suspended ceilings; repairing cracks and damp patches; interior and exterior painting; cleaning and repainting exterior metalwork; polishing the terrazzo floor in the main hall; cleaning, sealing cracks in and painting the exterior stairs; renovating the bathrooms; replacing the metal entrance door and window frames; and replacing interior lighting with LED fittings.
