Supply and installation of 156 projectors for teaching rooms at Carlos III University of Madrid

Summary

The contract covers the supply and installation of 156 projectors and 156 ceiling mounts in teaching rooms across the four campuses of Carlos III University of Madrid. The contractor must remove the existing projectors and mounts, connect and configure the new equipment, integrate it with the rooms’ existing control systems and video sources, and remove the dismantled equipment and installation waste. All work must be completed by 31 December 2026. The projectors must meet the technical minimum requirements in the tender documents; equivalent models are permitted if their compliance is demonstrated with a technical data sheet and sufficient supporting documentation. The equipment must have a warranty of at least five years, and installation work a warranty of at least three months. Price is the only award criterion; the contract is not divided into lots. The estimated value is €215,280 excluding VAT and €260,488.80 including VAT.
