Electric five-reel fairway mower for El Saler golf course

Summary

The tender is for one fully electric, self-propelled, five-reel fairway mower for the golf course at Parador de El Saler in Valencia. The supply must include all cutting units, accessories and charging components needed for operation, transport, installation and commissioning, operational checks, and training for staff in use and maintenance. The bid must cover the complete supply and may not exceed EUR 116,160 including VAT (EUR 96,000 excluding VAT). Price is the sole award criterion. Bidders must demonstrate annual turnover of at least EUR 140,000 in the best of the three most recent available financial years and at least two comparable supplies or works during the three last complete calendar years and the current year; each reference must be worth at least EUR 48,000. The bid must include the machine’s technical description and data sheet, manuals, maintenance information, EU declaration of conformity and required certificates, and an undertaking to provide technical support for at least 10 years. Bids must be submitted electronically in two signed parts, in Spanish or with the required Spanish translation. The successful bidder must provide, among other documents, evidence of tax and social-security compliance, civil-liability insurance of at least EUR 300,000 and a bank guarantee equal to 5% of the contract price excluding VAT.
