Refurbishment and improvement of the Pazos Residents’ Association social centre

Summary

The tender covers refurbishment and improvement works at the Pazos Residents’ Association social centre. The work includes repairing the roof to stop leaks, replacing or repairing ceiling sections damaged by leaks, refurbishing an unused part of the semi-basement, and addressing condensation damp in the art and crafts classroom and kitchen. The project requires one works manager with a degree in architecture, architectural engineering or an equivalent qualification, and one site foreman with no specific qualification requirement. During contract performance, the contractor must implement at least one of the listed social conditions: employ, at a minimum 50% level of commitment, a person from one of the specified target groups; provide staff with at least eight hours of technical training; or establish measures to support work-life balance. The works are not divided into lots.
