Supply of Christmas food products to JESAT units

Summary

The tender covers Christmas food products and confectionery not covered by the existing framework agreement, for Spanish Navy units in the JESAT area. The assortment includes, among other items, various types of turrón, marzipan, chocolate and coconut sweets, biscuits, puff pastries and a traditional Christmas cake; the exact list and quantities are based on the items in the pricing file and the orders placed. This is a single, undivided open supply contract: orders may be placed until the budget is exhausted or 30 November 2026, whichever comes first. The budget is EUR 54,000 including 10% VAT (EUR 49,090.91 excluding VAT). The bidder must quote a VAT-inclusive unit price for each listed item, not exceeding its stated maximum, and identify the offered brand, reference and manufacturer. Products must be new and supported by manufacturer certification; used, repaired or refurbished goods are not accepted. Each order must be delivered no later than 96 hours, or four working days, after it is sent; this limit applies to orders placed before 17:00. Deliveries go to the requesting unit’s address in the Madrid area, including two radio stations located up to 60 km from Madrid. The minimum order value is EUR 80. Price is worth 90 points and delivery speed 10 points: delivery within 72 hours earns 5 points, within 48 hours 7 points, and within 24 hours 10 points. The supplier must be able to manage orders electronically, appoint a contact person, maintain sufficient stock and meet the technical, packaging and labelling requirements. A product catalogue with detailed descriptions is required; samples and security clearance are not required.
