Sidewalk construction and road surface strengthening on streets in Calera y Chozas

Summary

The contract covers the construction of sidewalks and strengthening of road surfaces on six streets and lanes in Calera y Chozas: Calle Barrio Arriba, Calleja de la Cal, Calleja de los Caleros, Calleja de Cobisa, Calleja del Tío Chaparro and Calleja Barrería. The works must follow the project and technical requirements and be completed within three months, counted from the day after the site-setting-out inspection record is signed. The contract is not divided into lots and uses a negotiated procedure with invited companies; only invited companies may submit an initial offer. The maximum tender price is €140,948.82 excluding VAT, or €170,548.07 including 21% VAT. Negotiations are limited to price, and price is the sole award criterion. Bidders must meet the financial and technical capacity requirements and submit their offers electronically. The successful bidder must provide a final guarantee of 5% and properly manage construction and demolition waste during the works.
