Maintenance and component supply for unmanned surface vessels

Summary

The procurement covers comprehensive preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance of unmanned surface vessels (USVs), together with the supply of components for them. The contract runs for 24 months, is not divided into lots, and has a tender budget of EUR 280,000 excluding VAT, including a EUR 60,000 variable component; the total estimated contract value is EUR 340,000 excluding VAT. Bids must quote separately for the fixed and variable components and describe the technical solution, work packages and compliance with the requirements. Bids are assessed on technical merit (60%) and price (40%); technical evaluation considers, among other things, team experience, service mobilisation time and availability. Participation must be confirmed by 10:00 on 7 October 2026, and a confidentiality agreement must be signed before confidential documents are provided. Bids must be submitted electronically through the ARIBA platform by 10:00 on 21 October 2026. Participants must meet the turnover, experience, staffing and equipment requirements and provide anonymous evidence of staff competence.
