Summary

The contract covers environmental and landscape improvements and tree planting at the PP-16 access roundabout in Partida Paradís, La Vila Joiosa. The work is intended to restore and improve the roundabout’s green areas and create a visual landmark that supports road safety. The execution period is one month. The procurement is not divided into lots and uses a simplified open procedure with electronic submission. Bids are scored for up to 60 points for price, 25 points for extending the plant guarantee and maintenance period, and 15 points for upgrading the night-time lighting. The standard guarantee is one year. If the bidder offers one additional year, it must maintain and water the plants during that period and replace, at no charge, any plants that die or fail to take root. Lighting options are a comprehensive LED upgrade (15 points), a standard LED upgrade (7.5 points), or the basic lighting in the project (0 points). Any upgrade must be provided at the contractor’s cost, up to €5,000 excluding VAT, and its specifications must be substantiated by the manufacturer’s official data sheet. To qualify, bidders must demonstrate annual turnover of at least €144,347.76 and comparable works completed during the last five years with a cumulative value of at least €67,362.28 in the year of greatest activity. The bidder must be registered in the required register or meet the stated exception for a timely registration application. During performance, assigned vehicles or machinery must meet at least EURO V/EURO 6 emissions requirements or carry Spanish DGT environmental label C. No tender guarantee is required; the successful bidder must provide a final guarantee equal to 5% of the contract award price excluding VAT.
