Reconstruction of Almoharín Municipal Football Ground and Installation of an Artificial-Turf Pitch

Summary

The contract covers reconstruction of the municipal football ground in Almoharín and construction of an artificial-turf pitch. The works include preparing the pitch formation and gradients, earthworks, drainage, sub-base and asphalt surfacing, irrigation and a pumping kiosk, an elastic layer, the artificial-turf system, sports equipment, fencing and ancillary works. A complete lighting installation is excluded; only the pre-installation defined in the project is included. The works must follow the project and be completed within four months from the site-setting-out inspection record; bidders may offer a reduction of up to 10 calendar days. The estimated contract value is €416,780 excluding VAT, and the tender budget is €504,303.80 including VAT. Offers are scored on price (up to 80 points), time reduction (up to 10 points) and an extended warranty (up to 10 points). The works carry a minimum 12-month warranty, with up to 24 additional months available as an offer commitment. The offer must identify the artificial-turf system and include technical evidence of compliance. Offers must be submitted electronically in a single file; the submission period is at least 20 calendar days from the day after publication of the contract notice. No provisional guarantee is required. The successful bidder must provide a 5% final guarantee calculated on the award price excluding VAT; an additional 5% guarantee applies if an offer initially presumed abnormally low is ultimately awarded the contract.
