Supply of natural and artificial graded aggregate and fill material for road repairs in Sisante

Summary

The contract covers an estimated 2,200 tonnes of natural and artificial graded aggregate and selected fill aggregate for repairing and improving rural roads in the municipality of Sisante and, if needed, elsewhere in Cuenca province. Deliveries will be made in response to individual orders; the supplier is responsible for loading, transport and unloading and must generally fulfil each order within 96 hours. The contract runs for three months, ending no later than December 2026, with a possible three-month extension. The maximum estimated budget is €29,950 including VAT. Bids are evaluated on price (up to 80 points) and delivery time (up to 20 points); delivery within 24–48 hours earns 20 points and delivery within 49–72 hours earns 5 points. Bids must be submitted electronically by 13:59 on 8 October 2026. Separate evidence of financial or technical capacity is not required, but bidders must submit the required participation declarations and evidence that the materials meet the specifications.
