Supply of medical, healthcare and simulation equipment for the Advanced Operational Medical Support Course (NC3)

Summary

The procurement covers medical, healthcare and simulation supplies needed to train participants in an advanced operational medical support course. Items include, among others, wound suturing and dressing supplies, bleeding-control and airway-management equipment, catheters, gloves, bandages, and materials for simulating injuries and clinical situations. The contract is divided into two lots: Lot 1 is delivered to the Defence General Hospital in Zaragoza and Lot 2 to the Central Defence Academy in Madrid. Bidders may tender for either or both lots, and one bidder may be awarded both. The total estimated budget is €48,373.03 including VAT: €37,788.10 for Lot 1 and €10,584.93 for Lot 2. Price is the only award criterion, worth up to 100 points. VAT must be shown separately, and a bid exceeding the price ceiling for a lot will be rejected. Bids must be submitted electronically in a single electronic envelope. Delivery is due within four weeks of contract signature and no later than 30 November 2026; deliveries for both lots are scheduled Tuesday to Thursday, from 8:00 to 14:00. The supplier bears transport, loading and unloading costs, must ensure original packaging and proper product identification, and must include a responsible declaration identifying the goods and details of the official technical support service. The manufacturer’s warranty applies to each product, and the successful bidder must provide after-sales support. Bidders must meet the qualification and compliance requirements and submit the required declarations.
