Supply of combat and extreme-cold military equipment for FGNE

Summary

The tender is for military equipment for the FGNE special naval force: 12 cold-weather kits comprising an Arctic jacket, snow trousers, cold-weather gloves and boot covers, plus 51 sets of combat clothing, each consisting of combat trousers and a combat shirt. The cold-weather gear must be suitable for snowy terrain at temperatures down to –50°C; the combat clothing must meet the material and durability requirements in the tender documents. Detailed product specifications are set out in those documents. Bidders must provide an EU certification or equivalent evidence for the required products, user information leaflets and samples. Delivery must be made to the spare-parts service at the Cartagena Arsenal no later than 15 December 2026 or until the funds are exhausted. The supplier bears the transport and loading/unloading costs.
