The tender covers the supply to Equipos Nucleares (ENSA) of one laser marking machine for metal components, associated equipment, control software and user manuals. The machine must be delivered DAP to ENSA’s premises in Maliaño, Cantabria; the supplier is responsible for transport, packaging and insurance. Delivery must take no more than 16 calendar weeks from contract signature. Installation, system integration, cabling, programming and final commissioning are excluded; ENSA’s technical staff will start up the machine. The machine must have a fibre laser rated at least 30 W and a marking speed of at least 2,000 mm/s. A Class 1 laser and enclosed safety cabin are required, with suitable laser protection, automatic interruption of laser emission and an emergency stop. It must accommodate parts at least 120 mm high and provide a marking field at least 120 mm in diameter at that height. The worktable must be at least 400 × 300 mm, with a Z-axis travel of at least 200 mm. The supply must include fume extraction with HEPA and activated-carbon filtration, cooling if required by the machine, and at least one software licence. The software must support 64-bit Windows 10 or 11, the required vector and image formats, and Ethernet and/or Wi-Fi. The equipment must carry CE marking and comply with the specified safety and electrical requirements. The estimated value and maximum bid price are €30,000 excluding VAT (€36,300 including VAT). The procurement is not divided into lots. The bid must include a technical memorandum demonstrating compliance and a price that accounts for all contract-related costs. Price is worth up to 51 points; additional points are available for features including a MOPA laser, a perpetual software licence, a longer period of free updates, traceability-code support, higher power and greater working capacity, autofocus and faster marking. The equipment has a 12-month warranty, and the supplier must provide 12 months of technical support in Spanish, including remote assistance. Bidders must meet the financial and technical capacity requirements, including evidence of at least €30,000 in liability insurance, the required turnover and experience with comparable supplies.
