Tender detail
Supply of a standby medium-voltage transformer for the Cúber reservoir
Summary
The tender is for one standby medium-voltage power transformer for the Cúber reservoir, so that the unit in service can be replaced promptly in the event of failure and the reservoir’s electricity supply and equipment operation can continue. The required transformer rating is 25 kVA. The technical specification states a primary voltage of 15,400 V and a no-load secondary voltage of 420 V (nominal 400 V), a frequency of 50 Hz, Dyn11 connection, ONAN cooling and an integral mineral-oil-filled design. It must have wheels, flat low-voltage terminals, plug-in medium-voltage bushings and a two-contact top thermometer, and comply with standards UNE 21428 and RE 548-2. Maximum dimensions are 857 mm high above the medium-voltage bushings, 855 mm above the low-voltage terminals, 1,100 mm with wheels, 675 mm wide and 935 mm long. Delivery is to the Son Tugores water treatment plant in Palma, on a truck without unloading; the supplier pays transport and insurance costs, while EMAYA arranges unloading. Delivery is due within 18 weeks of the order, and a shorter delivery time earns evaluation points. The contract lasts 12 months with no extension, and the warranty is 24 months from acceptance of the equipment. The estimated value and maximum bid price are €5,500 excluding VAT. Price carries 95 evaluation points and delivery-time reduction carries 5. The bid must include a signed responsible declaration, a declaration of compliance with the technical minimum requirements, the transformer’s data sheet and supporting technical documentation, and the price offer. Technical compliance is assessed as pass or fail; a non-compliant offer is excluded. Separate documentary proof of financial or technical capacity is not required under this abbreviated procedure. The successful bidder must hold civil liability insurance with cover of at least €150,000 per claim.
