Lift and lifting equipment maintenance service for Tomelloso City Council

Summary

Tomelloso City Council is procuring comprehensive maintenance and repair of the lifts and other lifting equipment in its buildings. The service includes year-round, 24/7 availability, monthly preventive maintenance, breakdown repairs, replacement of worn and necessary spare parts, and arranging mandatory periodic inspections. The maximum response time is 3 hours for ordinary breakdowns and 1 hour for emergencies involving the rescue of trapped people or other urgent risks. Labour, materials, travel and spare-part costs must be included in the tender price. The equipment list may change during the contract, including the addition or removal of installations.
