Framework agreement for VAERSA printed materials, construction signs and vinyl products

Summary

The procurement is for a 24-month framework agreement, with a possible 12-month extension, for VAERSA to obtain printed materials, construction and safety signs, and vinyl products at locations throughout the Valencian Community. It is divided into two lots: (1) screen-printed materials such as folders, envelopes, delivery notes and forms; and (2) construction signs, safety and information panels, and cut, printed, laminated and perforated vinyl products. Quantities depend on VAERSA’s actual needs, with no minimum purchase commitment. The supplier must prepare and print items to approved designs, perform quality checks, package and deliver them to the ordered location; vinyl orders may also include installation. Supplies must meet technical and safety requirements, be new and carry CE marking. The estimated total framework value is €685,147.95 excluding VAT; the base budget is €403,028.21 excluding VAT. To participate, bidders must demonstrate financial and technical capacity, submit the required declarations and evidence of tax compliance, and price at least 90% of catalogue items without exceeding unit-price ceilings.
