Supply of Diving Equipment and Floating-Bridge Maintenance Materials

Summary

The procurement consists of three separate lots for maintaining the diving, navigation and floating-bridge equipment of RPEI No. 12: (1) 800 kg of soda lime for oxygen equipment; (2) breathing-air cylinders and accessories, including 7-, 10- and 15-litre steel cylinders rated at 232 bar and 6-litre steel cylinders rated at 300 bar, together with the specified accessories; and (3) floating-bridge maintenance supplies, including paints, hardeners, epoxy and polyurethane products, brushes, sanding discs, airless spray tips, tape, solvents and anti-slip silica sand. The contract supports preventive and corrective maintenance and the serviceability of the equipment. The total estimated value is EUR 63,948.04 including VAT; the lot totals are EUR 10,648.00, EUR 28,299.99 and EUR 25,000.05 including VAT, respectively. Price is the sole award criterion. The bidder must supply new, unused goods manufactured less than one year before receipt and compliant with the catalogue numbers or manufacturer references specified in the tender documents. Delivery is due within 15 days from the day after notification of award, with no extensions. Goods must be delivered to the Sangenis barracks of RPEI No. 12 in Monzalbarba (Zaragoza), on working days between 08:00 and 15:00; transport and delivery costs must be included in the tender price. The supplier must provide Spanish-language operating and maintenance manuals and an illustrated parts catalogue in PDF and editable electronic formats. All items in Lots 1 and 2 must be catalogued, with a catalogue certificate presented at receipt; cataloguing does not apply to Lot 3. The tender must include a certificate signed by an authorised manufacturer representative committing to the warranty and technical-support terms. The warranty must last at least three years, and technical support must be available for eight hours on working days and respond within less than two weeks.
