Cleaning the new extension of Pico Frentes Vocational Training Centre in Soria, October–December 2026

Summary

The contract is for cleaning the newly constructed extension of the Pico Frentes vocational training centre in Soria from 19 October to 31 December 2026, subject to the school calendar. The estimated value is €15,093.60 excluding VAT and €18,263.26 including VAT. The contract is not divided into lots and no extension is planned. The contractor will organise the cleaning service and supplies and appoint a service coordinator with at least one year of experience coordinating teams or human resources. Professional liability insurance with no excess and cover of at least the awarded contract price is also required. Bidders are exempt from proving economic and technical/professional capacity. Bids are assessed on price (90 points) and free additional hours (10 points); additional hours may not exceed 5% of the total hours considered. Cleaning-product packaging must be recyclable or reusable, and water must be used sustainably. If new staff are hired during the service, at least one new employment contract must be concluded with a young person, a woman or a person who has been long-term unemployed; the employment contract must be submitted within 10 days of signing.
