Supply of spare parts for CANICAS screening machines

The contract covers the supply, as one undivided package, of spare parts for CANICAS screening machines used by the La Línea de la Concepción beach services department. The purpose is to keep the machines operational for mechanised beach-sand cleaning. The supply includes 33 teeth with special fasteners, a six-way diverter, screening mesh, a 160 cc motor, hydraulic and transmission components, pumps and filter cartridges, various rollers and guide plates, hopper and smoothing-comb cylinders, side aprons, blades and fittings, lights, and the other parts listed with quantities and dimensions in the technical specification. The contract is not divided into lots because component compatibility and a unified warranty are required. Delivery is to the beach department at Calle Archena, La Línea de la Concepción, no later than 20 days after contract signature. The statutory three-year warranty may be extended through the tender to a maximum of five years. Tenders must be submitted electronically within 10 working days of publication of the contract notice. Price is worth up to 80 points; extending the warranty is worth up to 10 points (5 points per additional year), and shortening delivery is worth up to 10 points (5 points for each five-day reduction). The bidder must submit the required responsible declaration and must not be legally barred from public contracts. No minimum turnover, experience or technical-capability threshold is specified; the bidder proposed for award must submit a sworn solvency statement based on the estimated contract value before award. No tender or final performance guarantee is required.
