Renovation and expansion of the Navalafuente multi-sport facility

Summary

The procurement covers the comprehensive refurbishment and expansion of the municipal multi-sport facility in Navalafuente. The works will provide spectator stands for the covered court, reorganise the changing rooms and reception area, and connect the sports facility to the gym; an elevator will improve access to the stands and the gym’s second floor. The project also includes building and finishing works in interior and exterior areas and plumbing, drainage, electrical, telecommunications, heating and ventilation installations. The works must be completed within six months. The estimated contract value is €497,541.48 excluding VAT, and the budget including VAT is €602,025.19. Offers will be scored using automatic criteria: price up to 20 points, complete improvements to the reception/caretaker area 45 points, and changing-room furniture 35 points. The improvements are optional, but any offered improvement must be delivered in full at no extra cost. Bidders must demonstrate the required turnover and similar-work experience, or meet the alternative requirements for newly established companies; submit the required documents; and be registered in the bidders’ register or prove that they applied in time. The successful bidder must provide a definitive guarantee and construction all-risks insurance of at least €300,000. The contract is not divided into lots, and bids must be submitted in one sealed envelope in the manner specified in the tender documents.
