Summary

The contract covers comprehensive improvement works on Calle Iglesia in Navalafuente: demolishing and reinstating pavement, creating or enlarging planting beds, planting trees and shrubs, building raised planters with integrated benches, relocating street furniture, installing irrigation along the street, adding lighting to the pergolas and installing four new streetlights. The works must be completed within three months. The estimated contract value is €151,252.05 excluding VAT; the total budget including 21% VAT is €183,014.98. The contract is not divided into lots. Bids must be submitted in one sealed envelope; electronic submission is not provided for. The submission period is 20 calendar days from the day after publication of the contract notice. Bidders must demonstrate the required turnover and relevant experience and provide the required declarations and registration evidence. Bids are scored out of 100 points: price up to 20, increased tree size up to 20, seasonal flowers up to 25, and the supply and installation of 15 solar-powered LED lights up to 35 points. A bidder offering the last improvement must submit the manufacturer’s technical documentation. The successful bidder must provide a performance guarantee equal to 5% of its offer price excluding VAT and take out construction all-risk insurance of at least €300,000.
