Regeneration of degraded areas into a green and leisure space in Fines

Summary

The contract covers construction work to transform disused plots in the municipality of Fines into a large, multifunctional green and leisure area. The planned facilities include an inclusive children’s playground, a picnic and family recreation area, outdoor exercise and calisthenics areas, an agility course and a pump track. The works also include native planting, efficient irrigation and shaded areas with pergolas. The completion period is 270 days and the estimated budget is €250,000 including VAT (€206,611.57 excluding VAT); the contract is not divided into lots. Price is worth 75 points and the technical proposal 25 points; bidders must score at least 15 technical points to continue. Bidders must provide evidence of the required turnover and relevant previous construction experience and submit their offers electronically. Up to 85% of the works may be funded by the European Regional Development Fund. Materials should normally be manufactured and supplied from a location within 100 km of the works.
