Supply and installation of a lift on Jovellanos Avenue in Alicante

Summary

The contract covers replacing the existing lift and supplying and installing a new three-floor panoramic lift on Jovellanos Avenue in Alicante. The work includes dismantling the old lift, glazing and other existing components; installing the necessary ancillary equipment; cleaning the glazing inside and out; waste management; and health and safety measures. The contractor must also arrange the necessary permits and ensure the installation is legally approved and commissioned. The completion period is three months. The contract is not divided into lots. The tender budget is EUR 57,851.24 excluding VAT, or EUR 70,000 including 21% VAT; bids below this amount are permitted. Bids are evaluated on the technical plan (up to 25 points), price (up to 55 points) and an extended warranty (up to 20 points). The technical plan must address the schedule and sequence of works, traffic and pedestrian safety, accessibility, lift dismantling and installation, and waste management; it may not exceed 15 pages. Tenderers must score at least 50% of the points available for the technical criteria to continue in the award process. The basic warranty is one year; extending it by one or two years earns additional points.
