Supply of a 20 m³ rear-loading refuse compactor truck

Summary

The procurement is for one new 20 m³ rear-loading refuse collection and compaction truck, supplied as a complete unit comprising chassis, compactor body and container lift. It must be suitable for collecting municipal solid waste using rear-loading containers; the technical specification includes, among other requirements, a Euro 6E engine, power above 320 hp, usable hopper capacity above 2.5 m³ and a container lift rated for at least 500 kg. The supplier must register the vehicle, deliver it with its roadworthiness inspection and required documentation, provide full livery, and arrange operating and maintenance training. The minimum warranty is one year. The maximum tender price is €260,718.70 including VAT; the estimated contract value is €215,470 excluding VAT. Delivery is due within 240 calendar days of contract signature, at Mancomunidad Pinoduero’s premises in Tudela de Duero. Evaluation awards up to 50 points for price, 30 for an extended warranty, 10 for a shorter delivery period and 10 for fewer access steps. Bidders must demonstrate suitable financial and technical capacity and have an authorised service facility for both chassis and compactor approximately within 50 km.
