Expansion of the sewerage network in San Pedro, Breña Alta

Summary

The contract covers the expansion of the sewerage network in the San Pedro area of Breña Alta. The works include constructing collectors and manholes, excavation, installing pipelines, backfilling and compaction, reinstating affected utility services, and restoring road surfaces, road markings and other facilities affected by the works. Particular requirements apply to road reinstatement on routes LP-202 and LP-204, including installation of reinforcement mesh. The contract is a single, indivisible lot, has an estimated value of €1,427,077.28 and must be completed within five months. Tenders are scored out of 100 points: up to 25 points for the construction methodology and execution plan, up to 20 points for traffic management and accessibility, up to 45 points for price, and up to 10 points for improvements to the network and quality control. A tender must score at least 22.5 points on the qualitative criteria to proceed to evaluation of the formula-based criteria. The offered price must not exceed the budget ceiling. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Spanish for the entire contract.
