Restoration of the Las Eras de Arguayo Ethnographic Park
Summary
The contract covers restoration of the Las Eras de Arguayo Ethnographic Park. Works include demolishing and removing deteriorated structures and features, preparing the ground and constructing necessary foundations, paving and shaping public spaces, rehabilitating ancillary buildings, restoring traditional walls, improving accessibility and safety, and installing irrigation and electrical systems. Interpretive walking routes will connect the different parts of the ethnographic site. The works are to be completed within two months. The estimated contract value is EUR 62,500 excluding tax, and the maximum tender budget is EUR 66,875 including 7% IGIC. Bids are scored on price (50 points), reduction of the completion period (up to 10 points), and the additional planting of native flora at no extra cost (up to 40 points). The planting options are 2 tall or medium plants and 10 low-growing plants (10 points), 4 and 20 (20 points), or 6 and 40 (40 points). Bids must be submitted electronically; only one bid per bidder is permitted and variants are not allowed. Among other pre-start duties, the contractor must submit a work programme and health and safety and waste-management plans.
