Pedestrianisation of Mártires Street

Summary

The tender covers the conversion of Mártires Street in Daimiel into a pedestrian area. The works are intended to transform a street currently used by motor vehicles into a pedestrian-friendly space, improve accessibility, reduce the risk of falls and create an area suitable for both passage and staying. The works include, among other things, paving and earthworks, installations, street furniture and landscaping. The contract is a single, indivisible lot and must be completed within three months. The tender budget is EUR 97,902.55 excluding VAT and EUR 118,462.09 including VAT. Evaluation awards up to 90 points for additional paved area: 5 points for each additional 5 m², up to a maximum of 90 m². The additional work must include removal of the existing surface, construction of the sub-base and any necessary drainage installation. Price is worth up to 10 points: the lowest-priced bid receives 10 points and the other bids are scored proportionally. Bids must be submitted electronically in Spanish. Each bidder may submit only one bid, and alternative bids are not allowed. Bidders must demonstrate economic and technical capacity and provide the required evidence of company registration, turnover and previous works. The successful bidder must provide a performance guarantee equal to 5% of the contract price. During the works, waste must be separated, reused where possible and properly managed. The contractor must report every six months, and again at the end of the contract, on compliance with these requirements and with the environmental, social and labour conditions.
